Library card applications must be completed in person at the library. Any adult wishing to obtain a card must be a permanent resident of the State of Ohio and must provide a valid photo ID and proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement.
Children must be at least five years old or able to sign their name in order to obtain a library card. Anyone 17 years of age or younger must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature on the application and the parent or guardian must present the required identification and verification of current address.
