Phase 3 Reopening

The library is now open to the public during usual business hours with the following conditions:

  • Due to state mandate, masks are required. If you do not have a mask, the library can provide one for you.
  • Please ring the doorbell to gain entry.  Although it is no longer necessary to make an appointment, doors remained locked in order for staff to keep track of the number of patrons inside the building.
  • Limit of 10 patrons permitted inside the library at any time.
  • Patrons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  •  We request that you sanitize your hands before handling any materials in the library. A hand sanitizing station is available for public use.
  • Please adhere to the social distancing guideline of 6 feet.
  • Computers available for public use by appointment.
  • All items should be returned in the book drop located in the parking lot behind the building or on the cart at the front desk.
  • We will continue to offer curbside service for those who prefer it.
  • Please keep in mind that these measures are temporary and have been implemented to give library staff ample time and opportunity to sanitize the building and all materials properly. As a public institution, the library has a responsibility to ensure the safety of everyone it serves. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation during this extraordinary time.
